Job Description

Job Role: HR Recruiter - Interior Firm Responsibilities: Source and hire designers, site supervisors, sales, and production staff. Coordinate with departments to meet manpower needs. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding. Maintain candidate database and employee records. Support HR operations, documentation, and employee engagement. Skills Required: Strong communication and networking. Knowledge of interior or construction industry preferred. Organized, proactive, and people-focused. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 1-3 years of recruitment experience.
