Create engaging and accurate job postings in line with job descriptions.
Publish openings across various platforms to attract relevant candidates.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and internal databases.
Screen resumes to assess technical and functional suitability.
Conduct preliminary HR interviews (telephonic/video/in-person) to evaluate communication, background, and job fit.
Schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates and interviewers to ensure timely feedback and status updates.
Track interview status, feedback, and closures in a structured format
Maintain daily/weekly recruitment trackers and share regular hiring status reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
MBA in HR.
1 year of recruitment experience.
Excellent sourcing skills using Naukri, indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Basic Excel proficiency and familiarity with recruitment trackers or applicant logs.
Terms & Conditions
The selected candidate needs to sign a Service Agreement on the date of joining. The minimum service period is 30 months for freshers and 21 months for candidates having more than 1 year of experience.
The selected candidate also needs to submit the original marksheets/degree certificates of Class 10, Class 12, Graduation and Post-graduation
