Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective recruitment strategies.
Source and attract candidates through multiple channels -- job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
, including screening, coordinating interviews, and facilitating feedback.
Maintain a
pipeline of qualified candidates
for future hiring needs.
Ensure a
positive candidate experience
throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated with
industry trends and best practices
in talent acquisition.
Support
diversity and inclusion
initiatives in recruitment efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration
, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience
in recruitment, with a strong focus on
IT recruitment
.
Proven knowledge of
sourcing strategies, screening techniques
, and recruitment tools.
Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management
skills.
Ability to

Key Requirements
Must have prior experience in

Experience handling
Analyst and Senior Analyst
