The HR Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for various roles within the automobile sector -- including technical, sales, service, and support positions. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates while ensuring alignment with company standards and manpower requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand manpower requirements from different departments (sales, service, workshop, administration, etc.).
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source candidates through job portals, social media (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.), campus drives, referrals, and apprenticeship programs.
Conduct initial screening, telephonic interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for further evaluation.
Maintain candidate pipelines for future requirements.
Manage end-to-end recruitment documentation including offer letters, joining formalities, and HRMS updates.
Coordinate onboarding, induction, and orientation of new hires.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports regularly.
Support HR initiatives such as trainee management, NAPS/NATS programs, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations during the recruitment process.
