Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from understanding hiring requirements to onboarding new employees.
Source potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for final rounds.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Coordinate and conduct campus hiring, job fairs, and recruitment drives.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements and workforce planning.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (1+ years) as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in volume hiring and niche talent acquisition.
Ability to use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong networking and employer branding skills.
