Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
Utilize various platforms to attract and engage with potential candidates.
Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation.
Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring an efficient recruitment pipeline.
Qualifications:
Post Graduate Fresher /Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
