We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Jr. Recruiter
to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in attracting, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various job openings within the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals starting their career in HR and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update candidate database and job applications.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial candidate screening via phone or video calls.
Prepare and send offer letters and other recruitment-related documents.
Support onboarding process by collecting required documents and coordinating new hire formalities.
Maintain recruitment metrics and reports.
Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
0 - 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (freshers are welcome).
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
