Screen resumes and leads to shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates.
Prepare interview reports with recommendations for hiring managers.
Prepare and submit required recruitment reports to HR leadership.
Develop and implement a positive candidate experience strategy.
Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Provide timely feedback to all applicants, even those not selected for an interview.
Manage and respond to candidate inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
