We are hiring an

Process Associate cum HR Recruiter (Male)

to manage end-to-end recruitment and support project back-end operations. The role offers exposure to learning, research, and industry practices, with opportunities to engage directly with promoters and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle full-cycle recruitment activities Support project back-end work by preparing required documents and materials Conduct research and stay updated with industry standards Assist in business presentations for promoters and stakeholders Learn, adapt, and contribute to team growth

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years' experience

in HR / process-related role Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or Business Management (preferred)

Male candidate

with valid 4-wheeler driving skills Strong communication in

English & Malayalam

(other languages a plus) Ability to present confidently before small groups Adaptable, focused, and willingness to be trained

Immediate joiner

Salary & Benefits:
