to support our hiring efforts across various departments. You will be responsible for assisting in the full recruitment lifecycle -- from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in understanding hiring needs by working closely with hiring managers.
Draft and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and internal platforms.
Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support offer letter preparation and pre-boarding formalities.
Assist in organizing recruitment drives and campus hiring events, if required.
Maintain hiring reports and recruitment dashboards.
Requirements:
Any Degree
Minimum
1 year of hands-on recruitment experience
Basic knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
Good to Have:
Experience in using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, or Indeed for sourcing.
Understanding of basic labor laws related to hiring.
Exposure to onboarding and employee documentation processes.
