Minimum 2 years recruiting Civil Engineers, MEP Engineers, Draftsmen, and AEC professionals
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and hire technical talent for civil engineering and construction roles
Manage HR operations, employee relations, and compliance
Develop recruitment strategies for AEC industry positions
Conduct technical interviews and candidate assessments
Handle onboarding, performance management, and policy implementation
Required Skills
Deep understanding of civil engineering and construction industry
Proven recruitment experience in AEC sector
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
