We are a fast-growing financial services firm with a strong presence in Kerala. We specialize in providing banking and NBFC solutions and are currently expanding our team. We're looking for a skilled HR Recruiter with a background in the banking sector to help us attract and hire top talent.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for banking and financial roles (e.g., Sales Officers, Branch Managers, Credit Officers).
Source candidates using
job portals
, social media platforms, referrals, and recruitment drives.
Screen resumes, conduct initial rounds, and coordinate interviews.
Work closely with department heads to understand role requirements.
Coordinate background checks, offer rollouts, and onboarding processes.
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
Ensure timely closures of open positions as per company standards.
Assist in employee engagement and HR operations if required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience (preferably in banking, NBFC, or financial services).
MBA in HR / HR Diploma.
Strong sourcing skills - Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of banking job roles and compliance.
Proficient in Excel, recruitment tracking tools, and MS Office.
Preferred:
Malayalam , English-speaking candidates.
Prior experience hiring for sales roles in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance).
Understanding of KYC norms, credit processes, and field staff hiring.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
