Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Retail Hiring:

Lead recruitment for

luxury/fashion showrooms

(sales associates, store managers) Conduct behavioral interviews assessing

customer-first attitudes

Talent Strategy for Legacy Brands:

Partner with department heads to staff new brand launches Develop pipelines for

niche roles

(luxury footwear specialists, visual merchandisers)

Process Innovation:

Utilize

LinkedIn Recruiter/Naukri

to source passive candidates Reduce time-to-hire for frontline roles to

during peak seasons

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Must-Have:

4+ years recruiting for premium retail/fashion

(footwear experience preferred) Success in

high-volume hiring

Fluency in

Malayalam + English +Hindi
