Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, company website).
Source candidates through online channels, databases, networking, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews (phone/video/in-person), and assess candidate suitability.
Schedule interviews with hiring teams and coordinate feedback.
Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during hiring processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (1-3 years) as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple open roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong decision-making and negotiation skills.
