Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in handling end-to-end recruitment and be confident in managing hiring for various departments.

Key Responsibilities

Handle the full recruitment cycle - sourcing to onboarding Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs Screen and shortlist candidates based on job roles Schedule and follow up on interviews Maintain recruitment data and documentation Manage offer letters and ensure proper onboarding

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment Strong in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews Experience in hiring for roles like operations, housekeeping, maintenance, and backend Excellent communication skills - verbal and written Proficient in MS Office and basic HR documentation Graduation or Postgraduation in any stream (HR specialization preferred) Hindi language efficiency is an added advantage
