female HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews Maintain and update candidate databases Coordinate with internal departments regarding hiring needs Support onboarding and documentation processes Ensure a positive candidate experience

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (HR or related field preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage
