. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and negotiating offers. Your industry knowledge will help you identify and attract top talent for technical and non-technical roles across upstream, midstream, and downstream operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs across technical and operational departments
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and industry-specific networks
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, resume screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer roll-out
Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for high-demand roles such as petroleum engineers, HSE officers, drillers, rig supervisors, and project managers
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' hiring practices
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal recruitment policies
Organize and attend job fairs, campus drives, and industry events to attract talent
Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports for management review
Support onboarding processes in collaboration with HR and department teams
Qualifications:
Master's/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience recruiting in the
oil and gas industry

Strong understanding of roles and technical terminology specific to the sector
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
