Job Summary:



We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented

HR Recruiter

to manage both

recruitment operations

and

client coordination/business development activities

. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for recruitment, and a willingness to travel. This is a dual-role position combining

talent acquisition

and

client relationship management

, suitable for professionals looking to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Recruitment Responsibilities:



Manage the

end-to-end recruitment cycle

for various clients and industries. Understand client job requirements and develop

job descriptions and specifications

. Source candidates through

job portals

,

social media

,

networking

, and

internal databases

. Screen resumes, conduct

telephonic/video interviews

, and evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability. Coordinate and schedule

interviews with clients

and follow up for feedback. Maintain and update

candidate pipelines

, interview schedules, and recruitment trackers. Ensure

timely closures

of open positions as per client expectations. Support in

bulk hiring

,

campus hiring

, and

walk-in drives

as needed. Provide post-offer follow-up and assist with onboarding processes.

2. Business Development & Client Coordination Responsibilities:



Identify and approach

potential clients

for recruitment services. Understand client business needs and build

tailored recruitment solutions

. Schedule and attend

client meetings

to understand requirements and build rapport. Maintain

long-term client relationships

through regular communication and feedback loops. Ensure high levels of

client satisfaction

by delivering timely and quality candidates. Negotiate

terms of business

, contracts, and recruitment fees with clients. Achieve

monthly/quarterly targets

for new client acquisition and account growth. Represent the company at

job fairs, HR summits, or campus events

when required. Prepare and present

business development reports

and activity dashboards.

Candidate Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in

Human Resources

,

Business Administration

, or related field. 1 - 2 years of experience in

HR consultancy

,

recruitment

, or

business development

. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in

MS Office

,

job portals

, and basic CRM/ATS tools.

Willing to travel

locally or regionally based on client/project needs. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to

work independently

and in a team.

Preferred Skills:



Experience in both

corporate and agency/consultancy

recruitment. Knowledge of specific industries (e.g., IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, BPO). Ability to handle

volume hiring

and

multiple client accounts

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
