### Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment life cycle*, from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with department heads for final interviews.
Utilize various channels (social media, job portals, networking) for talent acquisition.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.
Coordinate and support daily HR administrative tasks.
Assist in maintaining employee records, onboarding documents, and HR reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

### Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment*.
Working knowledge of HR administrative functions*.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
