Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Technical Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent across IT and engineering domains.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions (IT, Engineering, Product, Cloud, Data, etc.)

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and headhunting

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical and cultural fit

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities

Schedule and follow up on technical interviews and feedback

Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements

Handle offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding coordination

Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports (ATS/Excel)

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Meet hiring TATs and monthly/quarterly recruitment targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field 1-5 years of experience in

Technical Recruitment

Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and hiring trends Experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, etc.) and LinkedIn sourcing Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Familiarity with ATS and recruitment metrics

Good to Have

Experience in RPO / IT Services / Product-based hiring Knowledge of contract hiring and bulk hiring
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,875.83 - ₹18,000.00 per month
