Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for FMCG and field sales roles Sourcing candidates through various job portals, social media, and professional networks Screening resumes and conducting telephonic interviews Coordinating interviews with department heads Maintaining databases and preparing recruitment reports Assisting in employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives Handling walk-ins and internal referrals Supporting HR documentation and administrative tasks

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
