About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates while working closely with department managers to identify staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full cycle of recruitment from job posting to onboarding.

Source and attract candidates using job portals, social media, databases, and professional networks.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define hiring criteria.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job portals, networking, referrals, etc.).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
