Key Responsibilities
? Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening & onboarding
? Post job openings across portals, LinkedIn & internal networks
? Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
? Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews
? Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment MIS
? Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs
? Handle day-to-day HR coordination and documentation
? Ensure smooth onboarding for selected candidates
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in HR recruitment
Strong sourcing skills (Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple requirements independently
Must attend
face-to-face interview in Karur
Immediate joiners preferred
