5. Job Offers and Onboarding: Extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
6. Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, source-to-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
