Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated

HR Recruiter

to join our team in

Kakinada

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates for various sales and support roles. You will play a key role in building a strong workforce that drives the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the

end-to-end recruitment process

- sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Identify potential candidates through

job portals, social media, references, and networking

. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements. Schedule and conduct interviews ( face-to-face). Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new hires. Assist in employee engagement activities and HR operations as required.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent sourcing and networking ability. Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.). Proactive, organized, and target-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and handle multiple roles.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

Experience:

0-3 years in recruitment (preferably in sales or BFSI sector).

Compensation:

Salary:

15000 to 20000

Monday to Saturday

Timing:

9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
