What You'll Do:

Handle full-cycle recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals & databases Screen, schedule & coordinate interviews with stakeholders Ensure timely closures and maintain recruitment metrics Build strong candidate pipelines and talent pools

Strong sourcing & screening skills Hands-on experience with IT & Non-IT requirements Excellent communication & coordination abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Compensation: Commensurate with market standards || Performance-based
