About the Role

We are looking for a proactive

HR Recruiter

with

manager-level hiring exposure

to handle a balanced mix of

70% Non-IT and 30% IT recruitment

. The role involves closing

mid to senior-level positions

across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle Manage

70% Non-IT & 30% IT hiring

Work on

mid & senior-level roles

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements Source candidates via

LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking

Conduct HR screenings and coordinate interviews Drive closures within defined timelines (TAT) Manage offer negotiation and rollout Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

What We're Looking For

2-3 years of experience in

HR Recruitment

Strong experience in

Non-IT hiring

, with exposure to

IT recruitment

Proven experience handling

mid to senior-level hiring

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Hands-on experience with

LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to multitask

Immediate joiners preferred
