Responsibilities:

IT Recruiter and Sourcing specialist - Immediate Joiners | Bangalore WFO
We are hiring dynamic Recruiters with 1-3 years of experience in C2H, FTE hiring, or Recruitment Consulting for our Bangalore Bannerghatta office. Preference for candidates from IT Consulting firms with strong hands-on experience in candidate handling, pipeline management, sourcing from job portals, maintaining candidate pipelines, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for C2H/FTE roles, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Manage candidate pipelines across job portals and maintain strong relationships for quick placements. Ensure excellent candidate experience with superior communication and soft skills. Coordinate with hiring teams and achieve monthly closure targets.
Requirements:

1-3 years experience in IT recruitment (C2H/FTE/Consulting). Proven skills in sourcing, pipeline management, and stakeholder engagement. Excellent verbal/written communication and people skills. WFO from Bangalore Bannerghatta office. Immediate joiners only.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
