Job Title: HR Recruiter (Fresher to 1 year experience)

Job Summary:

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. As an HR Recruiter, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to fill various roles within the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Sourcing and Recruitment: Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels.

- Resume Screening: Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

- Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

- Candidate Communication: Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

- Onboarding Support: Assist with onboarding new hires.

- HR Administrative Tasks: Support the HR team with various administrative tasks .

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 0-1 year of experience in HR recruitment or related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media recruiting.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
