Visit sites when required for onboarding and issue resolution
Contract Manpower & Vendor Coordination
Liaise with
manpower agencies and contractors
Negotiate manpower rates and replacement timelines
Ensure
timely deployment and replacement of manpower
Maintain vendor performance records
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure documentation for:
Aadhaar, PAN, Bank details
PF, ESI, minimum wages compliance
Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts/admin team
Maintain employee and contract manpower records
HR Operations Support
Assist in onboarding & induction
Track attendance, attrition, and manpower gaps
Support disciplinary issues and site escalations
Maintain HR MIS and recruitment trackers
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong experience in
facility management or industrial hiring
Good understanding of:
STP, ETP, RO operations
Shift-based manpower planning
PF, ESI, CLRA Act, Minimum Wages
Ability to handle
pressure hiring & multiple sites
Good communication in
English, Kannada, Tamil/Hindi preferred
Hands-on, field-oriented approach
Experience & Qualification
Experience:
3-7 years in HR recruitment (Facility Management / Industrial / Utilities)
