Role Overview

We are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment using human judgment supported by KA's internal tool, JobsifyAI. This role is ideal for recruiters who value deep evaluation, structured processes, and accountable hiring, rather than mass sourcing or portal-driven recruiting.

Key Responsibilities

Headhunting & Talent Discovery

Identify candidates through direct headhunting, referrals, professional networks, and past candidate relationships

Conduct manual research and outreach to engage passive candidates

Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for niche and repeat roles

JobsifyAI (Internal Tool) Usage

Use JobsifyAI for:

structuring and role clarity

Resume parsing and structured candidate profiling

Explainable skill and experience matching

Candidate memory and historical performance tracking

Apply human judgment on top of JobsifyAI outputs -- no blind automation

Candidate Evaluation & Screening

Perform deep resume analysis (skills depth, relevance, domain fit, career stability)

Conduct structured screening discussions to assess:

Technical and functional competence

Communication clarity

Motivation and cultural alignment

Identify and clearly document risks (notice period, compensation mismatch, gaps)

End-to-End Recruitment Ownership

Own the complete lifecycle:

JD intake ? role understanding ? headhunting ? screening ? client submission ? interview coordination

Prepare high-quality, well-reasoned candidate summaries for client review

Maintain accurate candidate status and documentation

Client & Process Discipline

Act as a trusted hiring partner by setting realistic expectations with stakeholders

Ensure compliance with data privacy standards (GDPR / DPDP)

Follow KA's human-in-the-loop policy -- no automated outreach or submissions

What This Role Does Not Involve

No external job portals (Naukri, FoundIt, Indeed, etc.)

No LinkedIn Recruiter licenses or mass sourcing

No third-party AI sourcing or auto-shortlisting tools

No bulk or volume hiring models

Required Skills & Qualifications

3-8 years of experience in headhunting, executive search, or consultant-style recruitment

Strong capability in manual candidate identification and engagement

Excellent resume evaluation and screening skills

Comfortable using internal recruitment tools (JobsifyAI) as decision support

Strong written and verbal communication

High ownership, accountability, and attention to detail

Ideal Candidate Profile

Believes AI supports decisions but humans own outcomes

Comfortable working without job portals

Values quality, context, and explainable hiring

Thinks like a talent advisor, not a resume processor
