Job Description

Identify need for an opening Understand the opening and how it aligns with the purpose of the company. Speak with the manager Decide whether to hire externally or internally Review the job description and compose a job ad Select appropriates sources (external or internal) for posting the opening Decide on the selection stages and possible timeframe Review resumes in company database or external databases Source passive candidates Shortlist applications Get interviews done with the hiring managers Check for cultural fitment Proceed through all selection stages Run background checks Select the most suitable candidate Make an official offer Formal training sessions (individual or corporate) Employee Coaching and Mentoring Online training sessions and assessments Participating in conferences On-the-job training Job shadowing Job rotation Outline employee work history. Document performance issues. Develop an action plan. Review the performance improvement plan (PIP). Set up meeting with the employee. Explain areas for improvement and plan of action. Supervisor and employee should sign the PIP form. Establish regular follow-up meetings and PIP Conclusion.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
