About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Associate focusing on IT recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various IT positions within our organization.
Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their
needs and create job descriptions
Source candidates through various channels such as
job boards, social media, and networking events
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Collect feedback from interviews and make recommendations to the hiring team
Negotiate offers and close candidates
Maintain candidate databases and keep track of recruitment metrics
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
HR, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in
IT recruitment or related field
Strong understanding of
technology roles and terminology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
Should be ready to work in
night shift

04:30pm to 02:30am IST
