Key Responsibilities:
HR Recruitment:
Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Screening resumes and scheduling interviews
Coordinating and following up with candidates
Maintaining recruitment-related records and reports
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English
Basic knowledge of MS Office Google Sheets
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
