Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
Prepare and post job descriptions on multiple platforms.
Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
Conduct resume screening and initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for real estate roles.
Recruit for sales executives, property managers, brokers, leasing officers, site staff, marketing, and admin roles.
Ensure compliance with real estate hiring norms and licensing requirements.
Support onboarding and induction processes.
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring forecasts.
Promote employer branding across real estate communities and platforms.
Organize and participate in job fairs, walk-ins, and recruitment events.
Track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, source effectiveness).
Recommend process improvements for hiring efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-6+ years of recruitment experience.
Mandatory or preferred experience in real estate hiring.
Knowledge of HRMS/ATS tools and recruitment technologies.
Key Skills
