Manage complete recruiting lifecycle: sourcing ? screening ? scheduling ? onboarding
Use job portals, social media, and networking to attract candidates
Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closures
Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment trackers
Support HR activities like documentation & induction
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
1-3 years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT)
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Bulk Hiring / Technical Recruitment (Good to Have)
Familiarity with HRMS tools and Applicant Tracking Systems
Knowledge of basic HR operations & onboarding procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
