Responsibility:
1. Recruitment Strategy Development:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Create job descriptions and advertisements that accurately reflect the required qualifications and job responsibilities.
2. Sourcing and Screening:
Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals to source potential candidates.
Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate suitability and cultural fit.
3. Candidate Management:
Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing timely updates on the status of their application and next steps.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
4. Recruitment Process Coordination:
Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
Collaborate with hiring managers to coordinate interview panels and provide guidance on effective interviewing techniques.
Assist with the preparation and presentation of job offers, negotiating terms and finalizing employment agreements.
Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Represent the organization at job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
. Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
Track and analyze recruitment data, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire, to identify areas for improvement.
Generate regular reports and provide insights to management on recruitment activities and outcomes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and channels.
Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies is a plus.
