They are responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees, working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Recruit, interview, and hire employees.
Conduct onboarding and training programs.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and communication.
Manage payroll, attendance, and leave records.
Implement and update HR policies.
Oversee performance appraisals and employee evaluations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company rules.
Maintain employee data and prepare HR reports.
Promote a safe, positive, and productive work environment.
