We are looking for an experienced

Recruiter

to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have experience hiring

teachers, academic leaders, and admin staff

in a school environment.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for teaching, leadership, and admin roles Screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communication Working closely with Principals, Coordinators, and Admin teams Maintaining recruitment trackers and documentation Supporting onboarding for new hires

Requirements

3-7 years of recruitment experience (school/education sector preferred) Strong communication and people-handling skills Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
