Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
Work closely with clients to understand job requirements, culture, and hiring needs.
Develop and implement customized recruitment strategies for each client assignment.
Source candidates using job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and headhunting methods.
Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure timely feedback and a seamless candidate experience.
Create and manage a talent pipeline for recurring client needs.
Prepare job descriptions and job postings as required.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
Must Have
1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri & LinkedIn
Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
Ability to multitask and close positions within defined timelines
Immediate joiners or short notice preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
