Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles including candidate sourcing and screening.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
Source candidates using various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Ensure a smooth onboarding of candidates.
Maintain documents of candidates.
Coordinate with campus interview drives.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
