Job Description

1. Talent Acquisition



Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements. Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/video/in-person). Coordinate technical/departmental interviews and follow up on status. Manage end-to-end hiring for both junior and senior positions.

2. Job Posting & Employer Branding



Prepare and post job descriptions on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms. Maintain employer branding through engaging job ads and company updates. Participate in career fairs or campus hiring drives when required.

3. Candidate Management



Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. Keep candidates informed through every stage of the recruitment cycle. Ensure positive candidate experience and manage offer negotiations professionally.

4. Hiring Coordination



Schedule interviews, tests, and assessments with hiring managers. Maintain interview feedback forms and trackers. Prepare and release offer letters in coordination with HR Manager.

5. Documentation & Compliance



Collect required documents from selected candidates (ID proof, education certificates, experience letters, etc.). Conduct reference checks and background verifications. Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and HR standards.

6. Onboarding Support



Coordinate joining date, induction schedules, and handover to HR Operations. Ensure smooth onboarding and proper documentation for new hires.

7. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting



Maintain trackers for hiring status, TAT, source analysis, and recruitment MIS. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.

8. Stakeholder Collaboration



Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements. Provide updates on recruitment status regularly. Assist in workforce planning and talent forecasting.

9. Additional Responsibilities (If Required)



Participate in policy creation or improvements related to hiring. Assist HR team with engagement activities and exit interviews. Maintain confidentiality of all recruitment-related information.

Educational Qualifications



MBA / PGDM in HR

Experience



3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. Experience in bulk hiring, technical hiring, or senior-level hiring is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
