We are seeking a passionate and proactive

HR Recruiter

to join our Human Resources team

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the

end-to-end recruitment process

-- from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions. Source and attract candidates using various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, etc.). Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist candidates. Ensure a

positive candidate experience

at every stage of the recruitment cycle.

Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience

in recruitment or talent acquisition (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
