at every stage of the recruitment cycle.

Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience
in recruitment or talent acquisition (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
