We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good communication, and the ability to identify and hire top talent for various roles within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and social media.
Screen and shortlist resumes based on job criteria.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate fitment.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates through the hiring process until on boarding.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive.
Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and applicant tracking systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple openings simultaneously.
Good understanding of current hiring trends and market insights.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in bulk hiring or specific industry hiring (e.g., IT, Non-IT, Sales, etc.)
Basic knowledge of HR policies and on boarding processes
