Education: Must be MBA in HR or at least BBA in HR

Experience: 2 to 5 years in Hospital Industry

Function: Recruitment

Location: Yelahanka, Bangalore

Work time & duration: Mon to Sat between 09:30 am to 06:30 pm

Role:

Sourcing CVs for all the Opened Positions Initial Assessment of all candidates Interview Scheduling and follow up Database management Reference Verification & Document verification Compilation of aptitude, Language, Skill based and Technical tests questionnaires. Follow up till the candidates join. Follow up on Pre-employment Healthcheck Follow up on Joining formalities & Orientation Follow up on Probation review & confirmation
Skill:

Should have an excellent communication skills Should have an excellent interpersonal skills Should be able to comfortably work on Excel and PPT Should have good hold on English language and be able to converse in Kannada & Hindi.
Should be able to join immediately.

Candidates who reside within 5 kms of radius is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
