Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Recruitment and Workforce



Planning Plan and execute recruitment strategies for factory and office staff to meet production needs. Conduct interviews, reference checks, and ensure smooth onboarding of new employees. Maintain records of manpower requirements in alignment with production targets

2. Employee Relations and Welfare



Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee counseling in a fair manner. Manage employee welfare programs, safety measures, and factory canteen or transport arrangements. Promote a healthy work culture and resolve workplace conflicts through proper HR channels.

3. Performance and Compensation Management



Oversee monthly payroll, attendance tracking, and leave management systems. Implement a structured Performance Appraisal System (PMS) with measurable KPIs. Recommend salary revisions, incentives, and promotions based on performance data.

4. Strategic HR and Communication



Advise management on organizational structure, workforce planning, and retention strategies. Prepare periodic HR reports for management review (attrition rate, absenteeism, headcount). Foster transparent communication between management and employees through formal committees.
