Develop job descriptions and post job openings
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the hiring process
Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs
Employee Relations
Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
Performance Management
Assist in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems
Track KPIs and performance metrics
Provide support in employee development plans
HR Policy & Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
