We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and attracting top talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Conduct initial interviews and assessments to shortlist qualified candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates regarding process updates.
Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment metrics.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
Stay updated on current trends in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple hiring needs simultaneously.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred:
Experience in Blue color recruitment.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
