HR Coordinator / Recruiter

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Coordinator with hands-on experience in BPO hiring.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for customer support and voice/non-voice roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles (voice, non-voice, chat).

Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media.

Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers. Support onboarding and documentation processes.

Requirements:

1-1.5 years of experience in BPO recruitment.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Good knowledge of sourcing platforms (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: As per market standards

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
