We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our non-IT manufacturing roles. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to our operations and production departments, specializing in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for both shop floor and administrative positions. You will play a critical role in ensuring we have the right people in the right roles to meet our production goals and uphold our safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle for a wide range of roles, including but not limited to: Production Operators, Machine Operators, Welders, Assemblers, Technicians,
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline for critical and high-volume manufacturing roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and the specific demands of the manufacturing environment.
Utilize various channels including job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, employee referrals, local trade schools, technical colleges, and community-based organizations.
Proactively source passive candidates through Boolean searches, networking, and industry-specific forums.
Represent Featherneo Pvt Ltd at job fairs, career days, and community events to enhance our employer brand.
Conduct initial phone screens and in-person/remote interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Administer and evaluate practical skills assessments for technical roles (e.g., basic mechanical aptitude tests, blueprint reading).
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and plant leadership.
Facilitate debrief sessions with interview panels to drive efficient and objective hiring decisions.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and union agreements (if applicable).
Manage the offer process, including salary negotiation, background checks, and drug screenings, in line with manufacturing industry standards.
Oversee a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are properly integrated and equipped for their first day on the shop floor.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
